Returns & Exchanges

Gina Brar operates a 14-day returns & exchanges policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the exact condition that you received it. All tags & labels must remain attached & intact and items must be returned in the original packaging. If an item is not returned in it’s original packaging or with its labels intact we cannot process your refund. If you purchased an outfit (i.e. an Anarkali or Lengha) or jewellery set (i.e. a matching necklace & earring piece) the entire outfit/set must be returned to receive a refund. If an outfit/item is only partially returned we cannot process your refund.

To return an item, please request a returns form from info@ginabrar.com and return this alongside your items to Gina Brar LTD. 39 Nightingale Road, Reading, Berkshire RG5 3LS UK. Whilst in transit all items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we therefore recommend using a secure shipping method for your returns. We cannot take any responsibility for any damages or lost packages whilst they are in transit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All made-to-measure and bespoke items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We are also unable to refund or exchange earrings or nose-rings for hygiene reasons.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges We can only replace items with an exact replacement if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ginabrar.com and send your item to: 39 Nightingale Road Reading, Berkshire RG5 3LS UK. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and then purchase the new item as a separate order. Shipping will not be charged for any exchanges.

Please note that until such time that the item arrives at Gina Brar HQ it remains the responsibility of the customer. We therefore recommend that you use a secure shipping/courier method to return any items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Gina Brar cannot be held responsible for any damages to an item or lost packages when returning an item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
